Surtio is different from all generic recruitment agencies. We only recruit within the office furniture industry. Surtio is owned by Rodney, Omar and Maria. Rodney and Omar worked within the office furniture industry for many years before starting Surtio. None of us come from a recruitment background, therefore we offer a more personal approach.


When you register as a new candidate with Surtio we have an in depth telephone conversation to understand your background. We then arrange a face to face meeting to gauge your personality, career path and work life balance.


Once we have a full understanding of a candidate’s background we will discuss opportunities that we feel are a correct fit. This is based on skill set and the culture of the company.


We only put one candidate forward for each role, therefore you are not one of several candidates going for an interview.


If any candidate does not complete the first 3 months in their new role we do not get paid.
