Our client is a major European client who wanted Surtio to look at finding a Sales Person from outside of the interiors sector who could adapt their skills to approach and sell to the Design and Build market. We met all candidates who applied for the role face to face and then assessed whether they had the correct approach and personality to engage with the specifier market. Once the relevant person was selected, we trained them in how to approach the market in a focused and intelligent manner. This resulted in our client employing someone fresh from outside of the industry instead of a person from a competitor.
