Job Description

My client is a well-established international office furniture manufacturer with over 200 years of history, furnishing forward-looking, innovative and sustainable working environments. They are seeking a Mid-Weight Project Designer / Visualiser to join their team at their Clerkenwell showroom in London, with flexible working.

What you'll do:

Develop high-quality and timely planning documents, technical drawings, 3D models (Revit, CAD) and renderings for projects, proposals, marketing and customer presentations.
Create design concepts and solutions that meet client requests effectively, supporting sales in product identification, configuration and preparation of final design packs for successful installations.
Ensure the quality, accuracy and maintenance of customer, design and technical data in internal systems, keeping product renderings, drawings and resource libraries up to date.
Collaborate closely with sales staff on all sales-related matters and proactively contribute to improving quality and efficiency in the design process and outputs.

Requirements

A strong design background with expertise in Revit, AutoCAD, 3D visualisation and P.con
A solid understanding of the contract furniture industry
Strong attention to detail in technical design and floor planning
The ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and manage fast-paced creative needs
Great team spirit and comfortable, confident communication with customers and colleagues
A passion for finding the right solution for every client, acting as a trusted advisor
